On the 18th September Leanne died in South Africa of Malaria aged 51. Earlier this year Leanne was with us on tour in Vietnam. This is her 18 day blog account.

Vietnam 2024 day 1

An early start picked up at 7am to head to Sydney airport. We were running a little late and was rushed to check our bags in and to board the plane. Carmen forgot her visa so had to get a printout from immigration, Alan had to get a whole new visa. After these drama's were sorted, we boarded the plane for our 8 hour and 50 minute flight. A very long day. Arrived at Ho Chi Min 7.30pm Aussie time 4.30pm here. Once we got through the arrival rigmarole, we met our drivers that took us to our motel, home for the next 3 days. We then freshened up to head out to The BBQ Garden restaurant for dinner, wow what an amazing place the food absolutely fantastic, you cook your own and the drinks are non-stop. We were joined by Ho Thi family beautiful people. Time to get some sleep to start another day tomorrow.
